Ingredients

  • 1 cup Parmalat EasyGest Full Cream or Low-Fat Milk
  • 1 peeled, frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 2 small pitted dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • *please add serving for garnish like the crushed peanuts.

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

*Serving Suggestion – For an extra bit of delight, add crushed lavender and peanuts over the top of your smoothie.
